All  of  our  appraisers  are  either  New  York  State  Licensed  or  Certified  for  Residential  and/or  Commercial  Real  Estate  Appraisals.   William  R.  Collins  is  a  Certified  General  Real  Estate  Appraiser (License #46000022422) capable  of  performing  an appraisal of any class of real estate whether residential or commercial.  Mr. Collins is an MAI candidate with the Appraisal Institute and has two decades of experience as an appraiser.  Christine Reilly is a Licensed Residential Appraiser (License #47000046999) with over five years experience and we also have other Licensed & Certified Appraisers & Assistants available to insure completion of even the most complex assignments in a timely fashion.
